Golf Canada looks forward to supporting site coordinators from across the country in getting participants back on the golf course. In consultation with program partners and Provincial Golf Associations, Golf Fore the Cure events will operate with a commitment to the health and safety of all participants and program coordinators. All site coordinators must ensure they are following the guidelines of provincial and municipal health authorities regarding limitations on social gatherings as it relates to organized sport and their specific province. Site coordinators must also follow any club protocols or restrictions outlined by their respective host club or facility.

The Golf Fore the Cure National Event is a culmination of the efforts of female golfers from across the country. Golf Canada continues to monitor guidelines set by federal, provincial, and municipal authorities to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Although golf courses across Canada are now open, courses are under very strict regulations and government health guidelines to ensure the safety of all parties involved. Golf Canada, in consultation with program partners, continues to evaluate the feasibility of offering the Golf Fore the Cure National Event this season. Golf Canada will continue to monitor this evolving situation and provide an update on the 2021 Golf Fore the Cure National Event by July 1st, 2021.

COVID-19 continues to impact the golf community at large and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we operate the program through extraordinary circumstances.
